Maintenance Technician - Briarwest

Become an active member of the team as a Maintenance Technician at ResProp Management. Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure clean, safe, and attractive common areas. Respond to work orders and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
• Trade Licensing (preferred but not required)
• Own hand tools
• Live within 30 minutes of community
• Willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Dependable transportation
• Rotating on-call schedule
