ResProp Management is a multi-family property management company seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process, market the property, and build relationships with residents. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has a cheerful attitude, and is focused on customer service.

Requirements

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in
• Market the property through online posts, social media strategies, and outreach marketing
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely response to their needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors in the industry
• Work with other teammates to plan and organize resident events
• Assist in collection of delinquent rents
• Inspect and maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance
