Assistant Manager - Standard River District

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead the leasing consultants, maintain resident ledgers, and assist with the leasing process from tour to move-in. You will also build relationships with residents, promote resident satisfaction and retention, and work with other teammates to plan and organize resident events.

Requirements

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management
