Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and provide strategic insights through advanced reporting and system analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HRIS or project management certifications) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role, with significant experience in major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or UKG Ready/Pro.
- Experience working within ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, Workable and/or Engagedly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in system implementation, data management, reporting, and project management.
