Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to support their Inflation Reduction Act Program field delivery across the Midwest. The role involves high-quality in-home energy audits, focusing on income-based program participants and ensuring program integrity. Auditors will be responsible for HVAC, insulation, and weatherization inspections, alongside collaboration with contractor networks. Resource Innovations is a woman-led energy transformation firm focused on impact.
Requirements
- Perform on-site residential energy audits, including HVAC systems, insulation, windows, lighting, appliances, and building envelope.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and analyze utility data to assess air leakage and energy performance.
- Collaborate with contractors, utility representatives, and program managers to implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with standards and program requirements.
