Proposal Development Lead

Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR 5+ years demonstrated and related experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience leading proposal development efforts for complex, competitive RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs
• Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed proposal teams without direct authority
