Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves leading energy efficiency initiatives for commercial and industrial businesses, shaping program implementations, and building strong client relationships. The position focuses on impact and requires collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Residence in or near Louisville, KY
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering or related field
- 8+ years experience in energy efficiency or a related field
- 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and budget management tools
- Interest in sustainability
- Passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment
