Cellaio Steakhouse Manager (Fine Dining)

The Cellaio Steakhouse Manager is responsible for leading a cohesive management team, developing frequent diners, and maximizing sales and profits through effective management of all cost centers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as a working knowledge of the POS system.

• Works as a member of a cohesive management team
• Functions as a role model to staff and junior managers
• Develops new ways to increase guest counts
• Ensures effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching and counseling of staff
