Properly stock and maintain the bar facility with necessary supplies. Assist bartenders with replenishing supplies as necessary. Provide outstanding customer and employee service at all times.

• Set up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage
• Responsible for cleaning and stocking of employee dining area machines
• Support bartenders' needs and maintains the bar stock
• Report any maintenance problems to Beverage Supervisor
• Work in assigned location and shift according to department needs
• Maintain par levels and orders bar supplies; delivers orders
• Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
• Maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
• Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from tables
• Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Must present a neat and clean appearance at all times
• Attend and participates in daily briefings, training sessions and other meetings as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
