The Solution Architect provides technical and subject matter leadership to both customers and Resolverites, supporting Pre-Sales, solutioning, and team enablement. The role involves leading solutioning and requirements gathering, fostering learning, and supporting the team's growth. The successful candidate will have experience in consulting, delivering enterprise-wide COTS solutions, and a deep understanding of GRC or Corporate Security.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting delivering enterprise-wide COTS solutions
- Deep understanding of GRC or Corporate Security
- Strong business acumen with ability to support Sales and prospect conversations as an ambassador of customer experience
- Deep understanding of Resolver's product capabilities
- Ability to speak the customer's language, uncover pain points, articulate the software's value proposition, and design solutions that incorporate industry best practices
- Track record of effective internal collaboration and management of relationships within and between Resolver teams
- Exceptional communication and ability to leverage subject matter expertise to connect with a range of customer levels
