Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience team to design and deliver tools and platforms that make development at ResMed a joy.

Requirements

• Champion a developer-first mindset with empathy for the challenges of modern software development.
• Drive full-lifecycle product development—from concept to delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Present ideas clearly to peers, team members, and leadership.
• Lead our inner sourcing/open sourcing strategy and foster a strong developer community.
• Promote cloud-native architecture and help guide our migration efforts.
• Build and maintain observability and reliability of services.
• Participate in a Sun model standby rotation for production incident management.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic migration plans.
• Provide thought leadership across architecture, processes, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to build consensus and shared understanding.
