Resmed is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager, Marketing Operations, APAC to join their Global Marketing Operations organization. The role involves overseeing marketing programs, budget governance, capacity planning, and process improvement across the APAC region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, portfolio management, or program delivery
- Experience managing marketing portfolios or large, multi-market programs
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Hands-on expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills in complex, matrixed organizations
- Financial and data fluency: able to build capacity models, analyze trade-offs, and connect insights to strategic recommendations
- Proven experience leading integrated campaign planning across diverse audiences
- A track record of building operational playbooks, running retrospectives, and scaling best practices
