The Global Retail Strategy & Excellence Lead will define, refine, and elevate the retail experience across all Resmed markets, driving both the strategic direction and hands-on enablement that help markets deliver best-in-class retail experiences.
Requirements
- Refine and evolve Resmed’s existing global retail framework to ensure it works effectively across markets and store formats.
- Drive the evolution of the in-store experience — from physical environment and merchandising to in-store customer journey design.
- Manage relationships with external design, production, and retail experience agencies to ensure high-quality delivery, on-brand execution, and budget management.
- Develop and implement a scalable staff training framework focused on elevating in-store engagement and selling effectiveness.
