Job Description
The Benefits Operations Specialist will be part of the People Shared Services Team and will serve as the administrative and operational enabler of the Rewards Center of Expertise (COE). This role ensures the efficient execution of day-to-day benefits administration across the US, including enrolments, eligibility, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, supporting US benefits (health, wellness, insurance, and retirement programs)
- Exposure to global benefits programs or multinational environments
- Experience working with Workday, BenefitSolver, or similar HR/benefits systems
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills (e.g., auditing benefits data, creating dashboards)
- Solid understanding of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and general familiarity with international benefits practices
- Experience collaborating with vendors and brokers on benefits administration and issue resolution
