Job Description
The Associate Engineer, Software Test Engineering role is responsible for creating test cases, executing manual or automated tests, and documenting test results. The role also involves collaboration with development, quality assurance, and product teams, as well as learning and supporting automation framework development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC
- Basic knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
