Job Description
This part-time Resident Hair Specialist role involves providing compassionate, personalized hair services tailored to senior residents. The position focuses on enhancing dignity, connection, and confidence through gentle, patient care and education. The role requires maintaining a sanitary salon and building relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Current Cosmetology License
- Minimum of 3 years’ licensed experience in cosmetology
- Proficiency in haircutting, styling, and chemical services
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills
