Strategic FP&A Lead

Reserv is an insurtech innovator building AI and automation solutions to simplify claims. As an FP&A Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Reserv’s financial future, leading financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis across the company.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Strategic Finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and financial modeling best practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and continuous improvement
