Environmental Supervisor I

The Environmental Supervisor I is responsible for coordinating environmental program, administering on-site contracts, managing environmental compliance work, and ensuring safe and compliant construction activities. This role involves preparing site plans, coordinating with the construction team, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices in stormwater pollution prevention, spill control, and waste management.

Requirements

• Implements the RES Environmental Management System at the construction site level
• Coordinates and directs site environmental construction activities
• Reviews engineering drawings and recommends corrective actions
• Coordinates with the construction team
• Performs required environmental inspections
• Communicates with the construction team and tracks corrective actions
• Manages environmental regulatory compliance
• Coordinates and manages site reclaim and restoration
• Implements spill prevention and control plans
• Manages the clean-up, remediation, and documentation of spills
• Prepares environmental applications and documentation
• Maintains records for compliance and internal use
• Guides subcontractors on environmental issues
• Operates Company vehicle for site operations
