Job Description
RNDC is seeking a Sales Lead to proactively advance and secure sales within their designated territory. The role involves servicing existing customers, educating them on products, using consultative selling techniques, and developing a sales plan. RNDC values family, service, and professional growth.
Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Four year college degree, preferred
- 3-6 months related experience and/or training
- Current, valid state drivers license
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements
