District Manager

RNDC is seeking energetic District Managers for their Sales team in Houston, TX. The role involves field execution of sales initiatives, training Sales Representatives, and ensuring company standards are met. Managers will focus on developing sales strategies and evaluating results.

Requirements

• Develop, train, and direct sales reps to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct strategic sales negotiations with key accounts.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings to maintain communication.
• Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure effective operation of sales efforts.
• Maintain sales forecasting accuracy through measurement and reporting.
• Control and manage sales performance through measurement and administration.
