The position reports to a Branch Manager and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Schedule, plan, and allocate services efficiently
• Validate and generate data using the iCABS system
• Handle billing, invoice submissions, and credit note (CN) maintenance
• Follow up on POs and contract renewals
• Oversee office administration and statutory compliance
• Manage vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking
• Supervise the service team and ensure smooth operation
