Job Description
The Customer Development Executive will handle customer enquiries, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, and build relationships with existing clients. This role involves business development, account servicing, and preparing reports. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales service
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients and achieve sales targets
- Responsible for business development and account servicing for pest control service
- Provide value-added service/ solution to the clients
- Prepare daily quotation & sales report
- Work location in Macau
