Property Surveyor

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Sales Surveyor or has the willingness to become one, to join our team at the Lincoln branch, Experience is prefered but not essential for the right applicant, you will be covering the East coast of the Midlands area such as Thetford, Bury St. Edmonds, Norwich and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Property Sales Surveyor Requirements:
• CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber and Dampness), or relevant construction/built environment qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying.
• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
