Requirements

• CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing), CSTDB (Certified Surveyor in Timber and Dampness), or relevant construction/built environment qualifications.
• Proven track record in property preservation sales or surveying.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
• Strong understanding of building pathology and preservation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
