CNC Machine Operator

Requirements

• Operate CNC equipment across multiple platforms
• Run pre-programmed processes while ensuring consistent part quality and process adherence
• Aid in machine setups, including installing and locating fixturing and workpieces
• Perform in-process and final inspections using hand metrology equipment
• Deburr and clean finished components
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use required PPE
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with teammates
