Plant Manager

The Plant Manager at XCAL Tools is responsible for overseeing and directing all manufacturing operations at the Clare, Michigan facility, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely production while upholding standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a plant leadership role
• Experience in tooling, precision machining, or metalworking industries strongly preferred
