Head of Financial Modelling and Product Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Modelling and Product Analytics to lead the design, development, and refinement of advanced financial and credit card models. This role is crucial for driving long-term profitability, optimizing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial modelling and performance management, alongside a track record of supporting business growth and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, or related analytical roles
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Proven experience in financial planning and modelling within banking, fintech, or card services industries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Excel, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools such as SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong team management skills
