Renmoney is hiring a Field Recovery Officer to manage and recover overdue accounts through field operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in collections or field recoveries
• Knowledge of debt recovery principles and legal processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with call center optimization and financial systems
• Skip tracing knowledge
