Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you will connect with existing customers, answer incoming calls, manage schedules, and resolve issues regarding their windows. You will also work with the operations leadership team to learn and grow in your knowledge of doors and windows.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing a CRM system and Microsoft Office
