Staff Test Engineer

Renesas is a global semiconductor company seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their Analog and Connectivity Business Unit. The successful candidate will develop test programs for characterization, production, and wafer sort using mFlex and Advantest 93K platform, and participate in testability reviews to enhance yield and test methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for PMIC, Temp Sensors and I3C products
• Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol as well as trim implementations for power IC products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently
