Job Description
Remotely helps companies build better products faster by enabling them to hire engineers abroad. The Talent Manager is responsible for matching candidates with startups, managing backend HR and admin, and communicating with developers and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruiting or related field
- Excellent social skills and communication skills
- Advanced speaking and writing English skills
- Client-facing experience and exposure to tech recruiting
