Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 4+ years experience in Customer Success Engineering or a technical engineering role
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, develop expert product knowledge, and educate customers
- Ability to identify repeated patterns and build the case for product features that increase efficiency and improve customer experience
- Ability to protect sensitive consumer data and handle fraud concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple clients and relationships
