Requirements
- Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships, with stakeholders up to VP / C level
- Track record of growing acquisition, retention and ARR for portfolios worth $Ms
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models, including APIs, SDKs and referrals
- Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem, familiarity with EOR and Global Payroll products
- Distinctive problem-solving and prioritisation skills, especially frameworks to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and in many functions, internally and externally.
- Experience working autonomously to navigate complexity and deliver clarity in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous environment.
- Restless curiosity and deep empathy.
- Concise and precise written and verbal communications; fluent English.
