Real Estate Analyst Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to work with our existing client, providing financial modeling, market research, and report preparation to support investment decisions. The role involves analyzing real estate data, creating financial models, and assisting with due diligence. It's a fully-remote position with a 9am-6pm EST work schedule.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in Real Estate or other roles
• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Analytical experience
• Familiarity with FileMaker pro
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills
• Financial modeling experience preferred
