• Proficient in ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze claim denials and determine course of action.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
