Lead generation/Cold calling

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation/Cold Caller to join our team. The role involves outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Excellent communication and persistence skills are crucial, as is the ability to maintain a positive attitude despite rejection. The position is remote in Central Visayas, Philippines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
