Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in senior-level business development within executive search and international recruitment
- Demonstrable success securing retained and exclusive mandates with global or multinational clients
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of executive hiring trends and challenges across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Previous experience working in a high-trust, autonomous environment with clear accountability
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms
