Requirements
- Proven success as a 360 recruiter or in a business development role within recruitment (any industry, but international experience essential)
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and traditional sales/outreach methods
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting
