Requirements
- Source qualified candidates for virtual assistant and related roles across Africa and globally.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and senior recruiters.
- Track recruitment activities in the ATS or company database.
- Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating final candidate selections.
