Remora is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support and scale commercial efforts across carbon capture systems and CO2 sales. The ideal candidate is an analytical, proactive professional who supports deal execution, improves sales processes, and drives efficient, transparent commercial progress.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, partnerships, or a related role.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present professionally to external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable supporting both hardware-related sales and market-based or commodity-style transactions.
- Process and documentation mindset
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. proficient in data analysis tools, data interpretation, forecasting, CRM management, problem solving)
