Remitly is seeking a Risk Investigator to join their team. The Risk Investigator will review transactions and customer information to ensure high quality customer experience while mitigating risk. The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make timely and accurate decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1.5 years demonstrated work stability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties with high accuracy and strong degree of urgency
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute
