Job Description
The Assistant to the Direction and Administration supports the General Director and the Senior Leadership Team to achieve the organization's objectives, collaborating with the central management, Country Directors, and Relief International department heads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, administration, or any other relevant field
- Confirmed experience in supporting direction for senior management
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- English proficiency at a conversational level is essential (oral and written)
- Administrative skills: schedule management, meeting organization, document classification, writing, and organization of travel
