Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist (RCM) to support advanced billing and revenue cycle operations for ABA therapy, pediatric therapy (OT/PT/SLP), and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services.
Requirements
- 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or AR
- Direct experience with ABA billing, therapy billing, or PDN billing a plus
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, MCOs, and commercial payors
- Experience with authorizations, denials management, and appeals
