Leasing Agent

Performs a variety of on-site services for Reliant managed units, including leasing assistance, customer service, rent collection, and common area clean-up.

Requirements

• Provides office support at on-site management office
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of community amenities and features
• Screens applicants and processes background reports
• Collects, processes, and deposits rent
• Coordinates maintenance requests and communicates issues to maintenance team
• Maintains organized leasing, application, and resident records
