Job Description
We’re building the home of the AI workforce, empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents that think, act, and collaborate like experts. As a Senior Design Engineer (UX/UI), you'll lead initiatives across the design lifecycle to conduct user research, prototype, and implement elegant UI in code to accelerate delivery. You'll craft beautiful experiences across our agent building and orchestration platform, making powerful AI feel intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
Requirements
- 4+ years across product design and front-end development
- Experience building for complex platforms
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience across a range of front-end tooling and familiarity with modern frameworks
- Strong visual design sense and a passion for building highly responsive, performant user interfaces
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-performance start-up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative
