Job Description
The Senior Director of Project & Product Management (PMO) is a leadership role responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of a large, visible, and complex portfolio of technology and business initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience managing large, complex, and highly visible organizations or portfolios
- Strong project and portfolio management orchestration skills, with a proven ability to coordinate across diverse teams and functions
- Clear ability to lead from the front, including comfort facilitating all-hands meetings and engaging directly with senior leaders
- High comfort level working with outspoken, high-energy, and demanding stakeholders
- Track record of restoring trust, improving morale, and driving results in challenging leadership environments
- Experience in both technology PMO and business operations PMO environments
- Prior corporate leadership experience, bringing strong enterprise-scale execution and operational discipline
- Technical understanding sufficient to establish credibility with engineering teams (not required to be hands-on)
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required; focus is on results, leadership, and execution
