Production Designer, Marketing

Relay is a digital banking platform that gives self-made business owners the tools and know-how to be great with money. We're looking for a Production Designer to join our Marketing Design team and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels.

Requirements

• Produce high-quality marketing assets across channels including paid media, web, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement
• Execute designs using established brand guidelines, templates, and systems—while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency
• Adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring assets are optimized and on-brand
• Help maintain and evolve Relay's design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Manage multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Benefits
