Supervisor, Integration Technician, Second Shift

Relativity Space is building rockets for space exploration. They're looking for a Supervisor, Integration Technician to oversee Final Integration Operations on a 2nd shift, ensuring Terran-R hardware is safe, on time, and to high quality standards. This role involves leading a team, improving productivity, and collaborating across teams to enhance the product and process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience overseeing production technicians/operators
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
