Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale inspection processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring and developing technical teams
