Manager, Propulsion Development Engineering

Join Relativity Space as a Manager, Propulsion Development Engineering, and contribute to the development of the Terran R vehicle's engines. The role spans multiple areas of the team, driving engine system trades, managing interfaces, and supporting development. As a leader, you'll mentor and coach a team of engineers, balancing technical contributions with people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in a complex system development and/or test environment
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with liquid-propellant rocket engines
• Experience leading teams
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals in fluid mechanics & thermodynamics
